Google may buy office block in Dublin docklands - 30/11/2016
Google is in negotiations to buy an office block at East Point Business Park in the Dublin docklands where it already rents five buildings.
Block L extends to 3,716sq m (40,000sq ft) and is likely to be valued at about €10 million.
Paddy Conlon of agents CBRE, who acts for Google, said he was not in a position to make any comment.

Ireland is one of the most efficient countries in the world in which to pay business taxes, a new study shows.
The PwC/World Bank Group report shows that Ireland tops the EU league table and comes fifth in the world.
