Nine North American and European based companies are to create 215 new jobs for both Dublin and Waterford.
The new jobs will be based across a number of sectors including software engineering, finance, sales, technology, and customer support.
Semiconductor firm Endure Technologies are the largest job creators in the group, bringing 40 roles to the country.
Mac hosting authority MacStadium will bring 35 new jobs, while internet of things firm Smartfrog will also add 35 positions.
Taoiseach Enda Kenny said: "The government remain strongly focused on employment and on the implementation of our annual Action Plan for Jobs."
Other companies in the announcement include Cloudbeds, Energetics, Telnyx, Compar AG, Paragon, and TPGS.
